I bought Acer V7 – 482PG and installed Ubunntu 14.04. Everything looked good until I found some problems with my WiFi adapter.
My network sometimes unexpectedly disconnected and sometimes I couldn’t connect to WiFi network.
There is workaround which works on my computer.
My company allows remote connection to some computers by OpenVPN, but you have to use SafeNet iKey 3000 token. Since Ubuntu 9.04 64bit iKey 3000 doesn’t work properly, there is small workaround how to install and configure OpenVPN, iKey 3000 token and how to modify windows *.ovpn files to Linux compatible version.
When I tried install SoapUI 5 on my Ubuntu desktop I received exception
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: /usr/local/SoapUI/jre/lib/i386/xawt/libmawt.so: libXtst.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
always when I tried run installer or program (if I used console for installation).
